场景说明
在vscode开发vue项目，可以使用eslint作为代码格式化自动检测，在保存的时候可以自动修复
注意：在vscode更新之后，vue中的<template>不能够自动检测，需要单独配置其他的方案

采用vue-element-admin中的配置，修改了 eqeqeq的全等于。严格的格式对代码格式有非常好的规范，尤其是在多人开发的时候
